DENVER, CO (September 24, 2026) — Gastamo Group, the Denver-based hospitality group behind Park Burger, Park & Co., Homegrown Tap & Dough, Perdida and Lady Nomada, launches Drink Pink & Give Back, a month-long cocktail collection benefiting Sense of Security, a Colorado nonprofit that provides financial assistance to breast cancer patients.

Running October 1 through 31 at all 14 Gastamo Group restaurant locations, the promotion is built around Sarti Rosa, the Italian aperitivo that’s been earning comparisons to Aperol from Fox News, the Boston Globe and Wine Enthusiast all summer long. For every Drink Pink cocktail sold, Gastamo Group will donate $1 to Sense of Security. Sarti, owned by Campari Group, is matching that donation dollar-for-dollar.

The collection features three new Sarti Rosa cocktails available across all Gastamo Group's restaurants:

“Sarti Rosa has been the drink of the summer, so pairing it with a cause we care about was an easy call,” said Travis Everhart, VP of Food & Beverage at Gastamo Group. “Every guest who orders a Sarti Spritz, a Paloma Rosa or a Rose Lemonade this October is helping a Colorado family navigating a breast cancer diagnosis.”

Since 2000, Sense of Security has distributed more than $2.2 million to nearly 2,300 Colorado families across 56 counties, issuing grants that cover essentials like housing, utilities, groceries, transportation and insurance premiums so patients can focus on treatment instead of financial stress.
