HOMEGROWN TAP & DOUGH BRINGS BACK PALISADE PEACH PIZZA

Fan-Favorite Seasonal Pizza Returns to All Six Homegrown Locations on July 7

DENVER, CO (July 7, 2026) — Homegrown Tap & Dough, Gastamo Group's Colorado-born Italian concept, brings back its beloved Palisade Peach Pizza at all locations beginning Tuesday, July 7.

This fan-favorite seasonal pizza debuts six weeks earlier than usual, thanks to an early Palisade harvest. Available only while local peaches are in season, the limited-time pizza is expected to run through mid August, depending on harvest availability.

The Palisade Peach Pizza features peaches sourced directly from Palisade orchards, mozzarella, ricotta, jalapeños, olive oil, and housemade hot honey on their hand-tossed crust.

“Palisade peaches are one of Colorado’s most iconic seasonal ingredients, and this pizza has become one of those dishes guests genuinely look forward to every summer,” said Travis Everhart, VP of Food & Beverage at Gastamo Group. “One of our talented kitchen managers, Will Steenson, created it three years ago, and it quickly became a guest favorite. We bring it back every year because people ask for it, love it, and know it’s only here for a short window. When we heard the season was coming early this year, we moved quickly so guests could enjoy it while the harvest lasts.”

The Palisade Peach Pizza reflects Homegrown Tap & Dough’s broader commitment to celebrating Colorado ingredients and producers. From local craft beers on tap to seasonal menu features sourced close to home, the concept looks to the state's producers first for inspiration.

About Homegrown Tap & Dough

Homegrown Tap & Dough was founded in Denver, Colorado in 2014 creating an approachable Italian restaurant concept that honors the beauty of Colorado’s landscapes and ingredients. The menu has evolved from exclusively hand-tossed pizza to now include classic Italian dishes like Pepperoni Rolls, Chicken Parmesan, Classic Caesar Salad, and more. Each Homegrown location is “quintessentially Colorado,” featuring real gondolas straight from ski resorts reminiscent of backcountry adventures, custom stone fireplaces, and other artifacts that celebrate the history and culture of Colorado.
