COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (September 11, 2026) — Gastamo Group, the Denver-based hospitality group behind Perdida, Park Burger, Lady Nomada, and Park & Co., brings a new Homegrown Tap & Dough to Colorado Springs this fall. Located at 5710 S. Carefree Cir, near N Powers and S Carefree, the restaurant marks Homegrown's seventh location.

Known for hand-tossed pizzas, quality pasta, and a curated selection of Colorado craft beer and hand-crafted cocktails, Homegrown is designing the Colorado Springs location with its own identity, including a custom American flag art installation by Colorado-based fine artist Dolan Geiman, built using authentic military memorabilia donated by families throughout the area and across the country.

“Opening our first restaurant in Colorado Springs is an exciting step for us,” said Peter Newlin, CEO of Gastamo Group. “This is a community with a deep commitment to service, and we wanted that to show up in the restaurant itself, not just the neighborhood around it. Our art installation, which incorporates memorabilia donated by local military families, is one way we're recognizing the people who make this city what it is. We're honored to be part of it.”

The Colorado Springs location spans approximately 6,000 square feet inside, with 215 indoor seats and a 106-seat patio. The space features a custom mural, a signature element of Homegrown’s locations, alongside a Ski Patrol gondola and vintage Tenth Mountain Division skis, honoring the storied WWII Army division that trained in Colorado's high country. A free-play vintage arcade sourced by Chattanooga Pinball and a kids' bocce court round out the family-friendly experience. Three years in the making, the restaurant has undergone a complete gut renovation ahead of Homegrown’s Colorado Springs debut.
