PARK & CO. REFRESHES SUMMER MENU WITH NEW BURGERS, SHAREABLE STARTERS, AND A COLORADO COCKTAIL
Denver's Uptown Tavern Adds New Dishes and a Seasonal Drink to Its Lineup
DENVER, CO (June 16, 2026) — Park & Co., Gastamo Group's urban tavern in Denver's Uptown neighborhood, rings in summer with a fresh round of menu additions, including two new signature burgers, a lineup of shareable starters, a Colorado-inspired cocktail built for patio season, and more.
The restaurant introduces two new burgers to the menu: the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger with truffle aioli, cheddar cheese, arugula, tomato, and house-made bourbon bacon jam, and the Black Garlic Macha Burger with black garlic aioli, arugula, tomato, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and macha. The kitchen also debuts a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and veggie-forward Forager Hoagie with mushrooms, onions, arugula, shaved parmesan, roasted cherry tomatoes, and truffle aioli on a Dutch Crunch roll. Additional dishes include a new Roasted Beet Salad with toasted hazelnuts, grapefruit, goat cheese, and citrus honey vinaigrette as well as Crispy Onion Rings, battered with bread crumbs & spices and served with burger sauce.
For the beverage menu, a new Colorado Ranch Water with Tito's vodka, Topo Chico, and lime juice joins their selection of craft beers and hand-crafted cocktails.

Located at 439 E. 17th Ave. in Denver's Uptown neighborhood, Park & Co. is open Sunday through Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm, and Friday & Saturday 11:00am - 11:00pm.
